The 4th International Conference on Evidence Law and Forensic Science

“The Contribution of Evidence Science to the Rule of Law

and the Progression of Civilization”

Beijing (China) July 20-21, 2013

China University of Political Science and Law (“CUPL”)

 

Since 2007, the International Conference on Evidence Law and Forensic Science (“International Conference”) has been held three times in Beijing. The first three International Conference were sponsored by the Key Laboratory of Evidence Science of the Ministry of Education (China University of Political Science and Law), while the International Association of Evidence and Science (“IAES”) was established during the third International Conference. Professor Ronald J. Allen, Northwestern Univesity, USA, was elected as the president of IAES. We now announce that the forth Intenational Conference will be held on July 20 and 21, 2013 in Beijing. It will be sponsored by the Center of Cooperative Innovation for Judicial Civilization (China University of Political Science and Law, Jilin University, Wuhan University) and IAES, hosted by the Key Laboratory of Evidence Science of the Ministry of Education (China University of Political Science and Law).

One Panel: Evidence Rules of the People’s Court in Litigation. This panel will focus on discussing the interim achievements of Project Evidence Rules in Litigation, a major National Social Science Fund Project in China, led by Vice Chief Justice of China – Justice Jun Zhang (also an adjunct professor at China University of Political Science and Law)

4. Registration fee
