Invited by the “2011 Plan" China Collaborative Innovation Center of Judicial Civilization, the “111 Plan” Base for Evidence Science Innovation and Talent Recruitment and the Institute of Evidence Law and Forensic Science, CUPL, Professor Michele Taruffo from the University of Girona in Spain, successfully gave seven inspiring and interesting lectures on topic of " Evidence Law and Truth in Comparative Perspective" for CUPL graduate students from October 10st to October 16th, 2015.

The University of Girona is located in the autonomous region of Catalonia in Spain. It’s an outstanding public university, and law school is one of the famous colleges in the university. Professor Michele Taruffo is one of the most reputation scholars in the field of international comparison law. At the same time, he is both the vice-president of the international association of evidence science and international association of procedural law (IAPL).
