Risks  of  Civilian  Citizens  Who  Is Under Duty  of  National  Defense  During  National Mobilization, An Assessment Report on Legal Issues of Civilians Direct Participation in Hostilities, presented to Legal Affairs Working Commission of National Peoples Congress of China in December 2009, for the Commission's technical consideration for Law of National Defense Mobilization.
