Professional Experience

May 2006—present, Vice Director of Institute for Civil Procedural Law.

Dec 2003---present, in charge of the network setup and management for the Civil and Commercial Economic Law of the University and administration network of the Civil and Commercial Economic Law School.

July 2005--- present, consular of undergraduate students.

July 2003---July 2004, engaged in administration duty in the office of Research and Teaching at the Civil and Commercial Economic Law School.

professor of China Food Safety Research Society.

 

Teaching Abilities

As Professor of Law, have instructed and mentored more than 30 graduates to complete their master degree’s studies since 2006.

As a faculty member of Department of Civil Procedural Law, China University of Political Science and Law, have been teaching the course of Civil Procedural Law for graduate students since 2006 and engaged in the graduation thesis oral examinations since 2003.

In addition, have been teaching the courses of Civil Procedural Law and Civil Evidence law for undergraduate students since 2003, meanwhile gave instructions to their graduation thesis.

 

Major Publication

For the past ten years, have four books published, one book as author, 3 books as co-author, and submitted over 15 academic articles on academic CSSCI （Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index）magazines. Some are listed below:
